This is how we sell pipe here. These terms cover every lot and every offer. They're the same terms you see on the lot list, on the offer form, and in every confirmation email.
An offer you make on this site is a starting number. It is not a purchase, not a contract, and not a firm quote. We look at every offer ourselves and either accept it or turn it down. Nothing is ever accepted automatically, and having the high offer on a lot does not give anyone a right to that lot.
Footage we show before a well is pulled is our estimate from the well records. What comes out of the hole is what gets sold, and the final invoice is based on the footage we actually pull and tally.
This is used pipe pulled from wells that are being plugged for good. It's sold as-is, where-is, by the lot. You're welcome to look it over before pickup, and we'd encourage it.
Your payment clears first, then the pipe moves. You set up and pay for your own trucking. We have a loader on location and we'll load your truck.
